Reagan Standland

Reagan received her Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology as well as her Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of Southern Mississippi. Her favorite thing about working at Insight Therapy Center is the opportunity to build relationships with all of the families she works with and collaborating with other passionate professionals in other fields of therapy. In her free time, she enjoys reading and home decor. Reagan is the wife of Drew Standland and dog mom of three dogs – Champ, Shooter, and Finn!

We love it here! My boy has a speech delay and works with Mrs. Ivey. He absolutely loves her and runs to her every time. She’s so wonderful with him and his speech is improving. After each session we go over how he did and what they worked on. I also have a file of handouts Mrs. Ivey gives us so we can continue working with him at home.

Reagan did an AAC device consultation/evaluation for my son. She was very warm and friendly. She pointed out all of the positive things my son was doing with his words and his voice that is helpful for language development and hopefully will help move towards him becoming a speaking child one day. You can tell she really cares about her patients and advocates for their needs. As a parent of a special needs child, we are so often bombarded with all of the things they cannot do and how they do not measure up to their peers. This was the first time in a long time that I left a meeting about my child feeling excited about the future so thank you, Reagan, for being an angel on Earth for our little ASD warriors. Your kindness means more than you know!
